Tim Bass secures acquittal in an alleged conspiracy to handle over £2million worth of high value motor vehicles. The Crown had alleged that the Defendant [1 of 7] was part of a conspiracy to export vehicles, fraudulently obtained through Hire Purchase Agreements, to Northern Cyprus. After a trial lasting 4 weeks, the Defendant was acquitted unanimously.
