Not Guilty verdicts in multi-million pounds VAT fraud defended by Claire Davies KC and Ioana Nedelcu
Claire and Ioana represented a Defendant described as the ‘lynch pin’ between two key groups of Defendants in a £13 million VAT fraud.
The investigation and proceedings had been ongoing for over 10 years.
On Friday, 14th March 2025 the trial concluded with the prosecution offering no evidence following serious disclosure difficulties.
