Kira Chana achieves acquittal in 3-handed conspiracy to facilitate illegal immigration
Ms Chana's client was the sole defendant to be acquitted in a conspiracy which concerned the trafficking of individuals, including a 4 year old Albanian national.
Her client was linked to the offence as she was alleged to have booked and paid for the travel arrangements allowing the alleged co-conspirators to travel outside of the jurisdiction.
