James Elvidge Secures Acquittal in Conspiracy to Steal Trial at Warwick Crown Court.
The defendant was accused of conspiring with others to steal multiple motor vehicles over a four-year period. The prosecution relied upon thousands of pages of cell site and billing data.
The inferences that the Jury were being asked to draw by the prosecution were carefully deconstructed by the defence so the defendant, after a three week trial, was unanimously acquitted.
