James Elvidge secures acquittal in 100kg conspiracy to supply cocaine case
Operation Scorecard was an investigation into a conspiracy to supply Class A and B drugs that were couriered from Liverpool into and around Warwickshire, West Midlands, Nottinghamshire and Northamptonshire by an organised crime group.
The defence required a detailed forensic examination of thousands of pages of cell site and billing data so that the Jury could be presented with a clear alternative explanation for the events than that put forward by the prosecution.
Following a three week trial at Warwick Crown Court, the Jury returned a unanimous verdict of not guilty in one hour.
