Jack Jennet, as led junior, achieved an acquittal of his client who was charged as part of a multimillion pound conspiracy to defraud against Barclays Bank over a period of 2-years. The case required careful analysis of over 20,000 pages of Jack’s client’s mobile phone as well as the instruction of a cultural expert. After 5-weeks of trial the jury returned a Not Guilty verdict allowing the client to move on with their life and over 4 years after they first provided their account in interview.
