Ioana Nedelcu secures acquittal against the odds in drugs supply case
Ioana secured unanimous Not Guilty verdicts in a possession with intent to supply cocaine and heroin case, where the minimum sentence would have applied upon conviction.
The prosecution case was reduced to Agreed Facts and involved the examination of significant telephone evidence to dispute attribution of a phone that was linked to drug dealing.
