Viorel Manu was one of the three men who pleaded Guilty to the conspiracy to steal a large number of sheep around Northamptonshire.
When passing sentence, the judge described this offence as a rare and unusual one which had a very serious impact upon livestock farmers and the public food chain. Viorel Manu received a sentence of 2 years and 11 months imprisonment. Instructed by Hussain Solicitors.
