Elizabeth Lambert secures acquittal of a young man in wounding with intent case
Elizabeth Lambert successfully defended a 17 year old young man accused of a s.18 wounding with intent, threatening another with a bladed article and violent disorder after a 10-day trial at Luton Crown Court. The defence raise at trial was that the young man had been targeted by a group, had suffered serious injury himself and was acting in lawful self-defence at all times.
