Claire Davies secures unanimous acquittal in Conspiracy to Supply Class A
After a 7 weeks trial, Claire Davies secured the unanimous acquittal in a conspiracy to supply class A drugs for alleged member of an organised crime group that conspired to move kilograms of cocaine around the country.
The prosecution's case was that Claire’s client was one of the middle men, pivotal to the operation.
The trial involved significant volumes of telephone evidence, upon which the case was centred against Claire’s client.
