Claire Davies secures the acquittal of client charged with attempted murder and firearms offences
Claire Davies secured the unanimous acquittal of her client on all the charges he faced. Claire’s client was alleged to have taken revenge on those involved in a previous incident where he was targeted and stabbed. He was alleged to have driven around to seek them out and shoot at one of them with intent to kill. Claire’s client was also cleared of possession of firearms with intent to endanger life and possession of firearms.
