The client faced allegations dating back to 1998 when a young patient alleged she attended for help with an unwanted pregnancy, where upon it was alleged the client raped the patient and continued to do so over the following months.
With a previous conviction and admitted lies before the jury it was an uphill task. The client was acquitted of all counts.
