Chris Whitehouse secures acquittal on attempted murder
The client was alleged to have stabbed his friend multiple times, including a wound close to the heart. He was also alleged to have used his car as a weapon before and after the stabbing in an attempt to kill him. The complainant and a supporting eye-witness were cross-examined by Chris to secure an acquittal in just 4 hours. The jury returned not guilty verdicts on attempted murder, wounding with intent (section 18), having an offensive weapon and dangerous driving.
