Farringdon Chambers is committed to equal treatment and opportunities for all. Chambers adheres to the Equality and Diversity Code for the Bar published by the General Council of the Bar/Bar Standards Board.

Chambers is committed to ensuring that no forms of discrimination are practised by Chambers, any member of Chambers, squatters, pupils or employees.

Chambers is committed to ensuring that clients shall be treated equally regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnic or national origin, nationality, marital status, disability and religious or political persuasion.

Chambers will not tolerate any form or harassment towards its members, squatters, pupils, employees or clients by persons within chambers.

Chambers has written policies in relation to the above which are available upon request. The Equality and Diversity Officer is responsible for the policies and operation of them and any other guidance issued.

Chambers has a Data Diversity officer who inline with the Bar Code of Conduct publishes a summary of the Diversity Data of Chambers.
